Anterior Ankle Impingement

stockphoto01.png

Anterior ankle impingement occurs when bone spurs or soft tissue become trapped at the front of the ankle joint, causing pain and limited motion—especially when walking uphill or climbing stairs. Dr. Kiddy provides expert diagnosis and treatment, including physical therapy, custom orthotics, and when necessary, minimally invasive surgery to remove the impingement and restore smooth, pain-free movement.
