Cuneiform Fracture

There are three cuneiform bones in the midfoot. A cuneiform fracture often occurs alongside other midfoot injuries or from direct trauma. Patients may notice midfoot pain, swelling, and trouble bearing weight. Treatment usually involves immobilization, though severe cases may need surgical stabilization.
